Thoughts

 So... I've been thinking and there's a chance a tiny tiny chance that I could possibly add a new character :X 

It's a thought I've been having I probably shouldn't but, there's opportunity for it. I need to think on it more before I decide. :S

I was asked, "wait a new character?" but I thought my response might be good to leave here in announcements.

The new character is an idea I'm dabbling with. The reason for this is (Spoilers ahead):

First I should explain a bit about how the routes are structured: In the main timeline when you are not kidnapped by anyone there are 4 major routes you can find yourself in:

1. Katies dead (shown in yellow) 2. Adams dead (Shown in blue) 3. No ones dead 4. You're partner is kidnaped

I plan on changing the first scene with taking out the trash. See if the stalker is breaking into the office to get your phone number why the hell is he attacking you out in the alley way 😅 it doesn't make sense. What makes more sense is that he attacks Adam who stumbles upon him. But then I have to ask myself.. is the stalker going to be nice enough to simply choke Adam out? or is he going to stab him. if all that happens then you're going to be out in the alley way waiting for Adam to exit the building and meet you. You'll be given a choice, go check on Adam find him stabbed and bleeding and SAVE him and he stays in the game or... go home. Adam dies and someone has to replace him for the shift. Now I thought about this, "oh, well wouldn't I just want to use Walter, he replaced him before?" the answer is no. Walter's route is written so that you meet him at that juncture, I would have to do conditions like crazy and make new content in the store if Walter was to enter that early on, so... alternative is a new character. Will this new Character be a kidnapper? Hard to say. Would the character be female? 85% likely. But it would make more sense to add a new one and branch it off onto a new route then to merge everything together. So: If Adam dies at the beginning of the game, it clashes with him dying later and the events that trigger because of it(aka meeting Walter.) Though this now brings a bigger question. How horrible is it going to be for Adam to get stabbed and then die later on 🤔 poor guy...
